DailyGames

Privacy

Last updated 19 September 2026

The short version: Daily Games has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The site's own code sends nothing anywhere: every game runs in your browser. The only thing the site can keep is your streaks and best scores, in your own browser, and only after you say yes. The hosting provider that delivers the files sees the requests your browser makes, as with any website (see Hosting and server logs).

What the site stores, and where

Daily Games runs entirely in your browser. When you finish a game, the result (which day, which game, won or lost, score) and your best score for that game can be saved in your browser's local storage under a single entry named dailygames.v1. That data never leaves your device: there is no server that receives it, and we cannot see it.

The first time you visit, the site asks whether to keep this data. Your answer is recorded in one small local-storage entry named dailygames.consent so the question is not repeated. If you choose "Don't save my progress", that preference is the only entry written: no scores are stored, progress lasts only until you close or reload the page, and any earlier saved progress is deleted. You can change your answer at any time from the Storage choice link in the footer, and you can wipe everything by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Cookies

Daily Games sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, pixels or embeds. Every file the page uses is served from this domain.

The hosting provider delivers the site through Cloudflare's network, which sets one cookie, __cf_bm. Cloudflare describes it as a bot-management cookie that helps tell real browsers from automated traffic, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity, and classes it as strictly necessary to provide the service. It is set at the network edge by the hosting provider's configuration, not by this site's code, and we cannot turn it off from this page. Security cookies of this kind are generally treated as not needing consent; that is a general statement, not a legal opinion.

Hosting and server logs

The files are served by a third-party hosting provider (currently OpenAI's site-hosting service, delivered through Cloudflare's network). Like any host, it may keep standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and to keep the service running, under its own privacy terms. We do not receive analytics or visitor reports from these logs and do not use them to identify anyone.

Installing as an app

Your browser may offer to add Daily Games to your home screen or install it as an app. That is a browser feature: it keeps a copy of the site's files and icon on your device. Installing gives the site no extra data or permissions, and the site uses no service worker or background process.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages. We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete: everything the site keeps is in your own browser and under your control, and there is no account to close. If you are in a region with data-protection rights (such as the EU, UK or California), those rights apply, and the practical way to exercise them here is to clear the site's data in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted on the home page. This page is the complete statement of how the site handles data; the site offers no support or contact channel.
