Daily Games (dailygames.bond, "the site") is a free collection of browser games made by den.tech1. It is offered as a hobby project with no support or contact channel. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What you may do

You may play the games for free, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, on any device and as often as you like. No account is needed and none is offered.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, redistribute or rehost the site or its games, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.
• Interfere with the site or its hosting, or use automated tools to overload it.
• Remove or alter the maker's credit.

3. Ownership

The code, artwork, text, layout and the "Daily Games" name and diamond mark are owned by the maker. Many of the games are original implementations of classic, traditional or public-domain game ideas (for example chess variants, mancala, dominoes, nonograms, draughts, and arcade genres such as block-breaking and space shooting). Game rules and mechanics are not owned by anyone; the implementations here are our own work. Where a game type is commonly known by a name that belongs to another company, that name belongs to its owner. Daily Games is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other game publisher.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Games, puzzles and features may change or be removed at any time. Progress kept in your browser may be lost if your browser data is cleared, if you choose not to store it, or if the site changes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maker is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars (US $0). Some places do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited; where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.

6. Health and safety

Some games use fast motion, flashing effects or timed challenges. If you are sensitive to flashing light or motion, take care, and stop if you feel unwell. The site honours your device's "reduce motion" setting for its background animation.

7. Privacy

How the site handles data is described in the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms. In short: no accounts, no tracking, no cookies of our own, and nothing stored unless you allow it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
